2. Pre-Launch Phase & Waitlist Terms

This website is currently in a pre-launch stage. Any signup, submission of email, or registration on the "Waitlist" or "Founder’s Batch" does not constitute a completed transaction, a binding contract of sale, or a guarantee of delivery. Pre-launch registrations simply grant users priority access to purchase products once commercial manufacturing is completed. Standard shipping timelines and contract fulfillments will only apply once the e-commerce checkout is officially active and financial payment is processed.

3. Critical Health & Allergen Disclaimer

  • Allergen Warning: Our product, Thalassa, is a natural marine product. It contains fish. If you have a known allergy or hypersensitivity to fish, you must not consume our products. AGNÓDOS bears no liability for allergic reactions or health incidents resulting from a failure to observe this warning.
  • General Dietary Warning: AGNÓDOS products are dietary supplements and do not substitute a balanced, varied diet or a healthy lifestyle. Our products are not intended to prevent, treat, diagnose, or cure any human disease. 4. Intellectual Property Rights & Trademarks

This website and all of its content—including but not limited to the brand name "AGNÓDOS", the product name "Thalassa", logos, text, typography, design assets, graphic layouts, and our signature product illustrations—constitute the exclusive intellectual and industrial property of AGNÓDOS and are protected under Greek, European, and international copyright laws. Any unauthorized copy, reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation of these assets without our explicit prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

5. Product Shipping & Post-Launch Fulfilment

Once commercial checkout operations commence:

  • Dispatch: Confirmed orders will be processed and dispatched through our logistics partner within 1 to 3 business days, operating Monday to Friday.
  • Delivery: Delivery within the Greek territory will be handled by a partner courier service within a maximum of 10 business days from dispatch, except in cases of force majeure.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AGNÓDOS, its administrators, and its partners shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or the inability to use, this website or our products.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

The use of this website and any future transactions conducted through it shall be governed by Greek and European law. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Athens, Greece.
